Team Arduino Garden created a plant watering system called "botanyBOT".  This system contains a box that holds a water storage tank, a pump, and the electrical components.  There is a sensor that registers when the soil is dry and turns on the pump, delivering water to the thirsty plant.  The user is notified when the water tank is empty, and if the use chooses, he or she will be notified when the plant has been watered.  The user can also change how much water will be delivered to the plant.  We hope that this project will make strides to save neglected house plants everywhere!
